If You Agree With Me
If you agree with me, we are going to need your help to oppose this dastardly bill. This is uber-abortion on demand and on steroids, no questions asked, taxpayer-funded for our teenage daughters (and sterilization for our sons, in my opinion), out of state mothers as well, and repeals NJ’s previous laws on partial birth abortion ban and parental notification from the late 1990s. What the hell is happening to this great and beautiful State of NJ?
I attended this rally yesterday with high school kids, Black Moms and their kids holding “black genocide” signs, young and old, and so this was heartening. Very respectful and peaceful.
The Libs have gone too far on this one, as the “Arise” speaker noted:
As I understand this monster, it will enact
- tax-payer funded abortion
- tax-payer subsidized male and female sterilization
- no residency requirements for taxpayer funded abortions attracting more of this slaughter from other states
- insurance companies must pay for this “health” service and no co-pay for the mother with maximum cost sharing
- repeal partial birth abortion ban (1997 NJ law)
- eliminate autopsies for babies born whose death occurs due to neglect or actual violence who are left abandoned (or not), thereby providing immunity from prosecution
- repeal 1999 “Parental Notification Act” for all minors, without regard to any age.
Last page of A4848 (The line numbering is from the current legislative language) providing a verbatim “statement” of the bill’s intent:
15 The bill would amend the existing law pertaining to autopsies
16 and medicolegal death investigations to eliminate the requirement
17 that a medicolegal death investigation be conducted in a case where
18 a fetal death occurs without medical attendance. The bill would
19 also repeal the “Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 1997,” sections 1
20 through 3 of P.L.1997, c.262 (C.2A:65A-5 through C.2A:65A-7),
21 and the “Parental Notification for Abortion Act,” sections 2 through
22 13 of P.L.1999, c.145 (C.9:17A-1.1 through C.9:17A-1.12), each of
23 which has been found by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be
24 unconstitutional, void, and unenforceable. Finally, the bill would
25 amend the law at section 1 of P.L.1999, c.145 (C.9:17A-1), which
26 governs the consent of minors to medical treatment, in order to
27 eliminate a cross-reference to the “Parental Notification for
28 Abortion Act” and thereby ensure that the statutory law conforms to
29 the existing case law in this area, which allows an unmarried,
30 pregnant minor to give consent to the furnishing of hospital,
31 medical, and surgical care related to her pregnancy or child, without
32 the need to notify her parents.
God help us all
