A Resounding CRSC Victory!
Citizen Soldier Law recently scored a resounding victory for an Airman who had been denied Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that was caused by multiple deployments to a war zone in support of the Global War on Terror.
Our Army Veteran-attorneys and Army Veteran HR paralegal succeeded in persuading the Air Force to approve the Airman’s application for CRSC, arguing that the unseen wounds of war are just as much combat related as those wounds that result in physical injuries. CSL’s attorneys researched and gathered the necessary information to prove the Airman’s claim and then presented that information to the Air Force supported by applicable laws and regulations, and the Air Force agreed with our analysis. Thanks to our legal efforts and creative and unrelenting advocacy, CitizenSoldierLaw helped to bring this Airman’s multi-year saga and years of litigation to a successful conclusion in only a few short months.
