Military Sets New Rules If You Deserve Removal Of A Titling Decision Or You Were “Titled”

It is a fancy word for a lower standard of evidence, lower than probable cause, and someone’s decision that you might have committed a crime.  Sometimes this decision is made by a young Soldier (military police), Marine, Sailor (master at arms), Coastie or Airman (security forces), who might not be shaving yet, if they are a male.

We are not describing the most sophisticated, experienced and trained law enforcement and, historically, you could not remove the allegations from your records.  This was a much overdue change in the law and we look forward to assisting you or your loved ones should this have happened to you.

We measure up against anyone and probably have more experience in this area than most firms as we have been handling expungements for decades.

Now we are using our hard-earned skills and backgrounds to remove this harmful procedural information with terrible implications.
