Refusers of Phony Injection Get Justice – The Devil Is In the Details Though

By Presidential Executive Order, those military members forced out are to be reinstated. For many it is too little, too late. This medical tyranny caused unnecessary suffering as a result of moronic SECDEF Lloyd Austin and the Biden tyranny upon serving military members, many of whom had served in combat zones. This affected a far greater number than 8,000 who were actually forced out.

Whatever your circumstances, our 100 years of experience in the military, both Marines and Army, Reserve, National Guard and active, we can provide a legal plan of action.

There are no steps in place but each of the services will likely publish a Directive or Policy for returning military members.

CitizenSoldierLaw and our doctor on staff have been assisting those who refused this Emergency Use Authorization only, phony injection, from the beginning.

Humbly we report that whenever we represented a military member, the military buckled on their enforcement.

President Trump signed the Executive Order on Monday night, January 27, 2025.

It is an important moment reinstating all members of the military who were fired for refusing the COVID vaccine and entitling them to “receive full back pay, benefits, bonus payments, or compensation.”

According to the White House website, approximately 8,000 troops were discharged because of Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Some troops sued over the mandate and faced backlash. We know so many more quietly left their jobs, ETS’ed prematurely or retired early.

The order titled “Reinstating Service Members Discharged Under the Military’s COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate” also allows those who resigned because of Biden’s vaccine mandate to return to service “with no impact on their service status, rank, or pay.”

This is another campaign promise that the President kept.

The challenge will be whether medical and other reasons to “access” into the military are enforced.
